Short Term Target

All students in SJK Kai Dee are able to master the basic language skills of reading and speaking in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia at the end of each school year.

Long Term Target

All students in SJK Kai Dee are able  to master the "3M" skills of reading, writing and counting at the end of the sixth year.
